Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • ½ cup nut butter almond, cashew, or peanut
  • 15 dates pitted
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder or raw cacao powder

Instructions

  • Add walnuts and nut butter to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until combined.
  • Add dates and blend until sticky and smooth.
  • Blend in protein powder or cacao until a thick dough forms.
  • Press into a parchment-lined pan.
  • Refrigerate for 2+ hours, then cut into squares and enjoy.
